CHALAN KANOA BRANCH AND CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

THE CHALAN KANOA BRANCH is located in the Sablan Building on
Beach Road. It is the biggest of the bank's Branches and is the home of the
Corporate Headquarters. The President and other Bank officers conduct
business transactions within the premises of this branch. all aspects
of the operations are performed here including data processing, accounting
function, and loans reviews and approval.

GARAPAN BRANCH

THE GARAPAN BRANCH is located on the corner of the Middle Road and Garapan Road.
The branch occupies the building owned by the Bank.

It's former home was in the Hafa Adai Shopping Center until December of 1998
when the branch moved to its new location. It is the second largest branch equipped
with account desk and a walk-up window.

The branch is headed by a branch supervisor, and assisted by a staffs. This branch
is 7 days a week.

Tinian Branch

THE TINIAN BRANCH, opened in December of 1996, also provides basic banking services,
except loan review and approval. With the anticipation of casino industry and other
supporting businesses, the Bank is positoned to provide the necessary financial
services to these customers on Tinian. Although physically far from the corporate
headquarters, it is also connected via computer tehcnology which provides
customers with instant access to their account information. The Branch is
managed by a branch supervisor with a staff.

Rota Branch

OPENED in November of 1996, the branch is located in V's Corporation Building in
songsong, Rota. The branch provides basic banking services,
except loan review and approval.
